How much are the shipping costs?

• Germany: 4.95 €
• Austria: 6.95 €
• Switzerland: €7.50

Note: For orders over 50 €, shipping is free.

We currently offer standard shipping with DHL . Unfortunately, there is no express option available at the moment. We do our best to make sure your order reaches you quickly!

Within Germany the shipping time is 1-3 working days.

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible!

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

Your order will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

We currently only deliver within Germany.

Yes, you can change your delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped yet.

Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, no changes are possible.

With our shipping partner DHL you have the flexibility to adjust the delivery location or delivery day of your package.

After receiving the parcel notification by email from DHL, you can easily make the desired changes via the DHL website.

This way, your package will arrive exactly when and where it suits you best!

Yes, that is possible! If you would like your package to be delivered to a DHL Packstation, simply enter the Packstation number and your personal postal number .

Please make sure that both details are correct to ensure smooth delivery.

• Enter the Packstation number in the field for street and house number,
• Your personal postal number goes in the additional address field.

This means you can pick up your shipment flexibly and conveniently whenever it suits you.
