Yes, you can return an item within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If the package is still on the way, you can refuse acceptance upon delivery or refuse it online with the shipping service provider.

If you have already received the package, please use our form to arrange the return.

In order for us to accept a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Unopened and unused: The item must not have been opened or used.
  2. Intact original packaging: The item must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
  3. Return period: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
  4. Fill out the return form: Please fill out the return form to start the return process and facilitate processing.

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will refund your purchase amount.

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you would like to return an item, you can send it back to us unopened and unused. This is how it works:

  1. Fill out the return form: Please fill out the return form so that we can assign the return.
  2. Returning an item: Send the undamaged item back to us carefully packaged.
  3. Get a refund: After receipt and inspection, we will refund your purchase amount.

You can then place a new order for the desired item.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless you received an incorrect or defective item.

In this case, please contact our customer service so that we can correct the error and cover the return costs.

Unfortunately, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items. If the item has already been opened, returns are not possible for hygiene reasons.
