After your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email .
In this email you will find a tracking number.
With this number you can track the current status of your delivery at any time on our website or directly on the shipping service provider's website.
It is possible that your email address was entered incorrectly during the ordering process or that there were technical problems .
Our emails may also have ended up in your spam folder , so please check it.
If you still have not received a confirmation, please contact our team so that we can resend the confirmation to you.
Once payment is complete, changes to the contents of your order are no longer possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may still be able to change your billing or shipping address.
However, if the order is already on its way, we can no longer make any changes or cancellations.

If you order as a guest without a customer account, you will receive an order confirmation by email after completing your order. If you have a customer account, you will also receive an order confirmation by email. In addition, you can view your entire order history in your customer account under " My Orders ".
If you paid with PayPal Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay, we will use the email address from your payment service . If this email is different to the one you normally use with us, the order will not appear in your regular account. Check the email account you used to pay to find the order confirmation and shipping info.
